Maxim Schreiber founded the company in Oeting, France, in February 2024 after many years in European tourism and property management. He now applies that experience to exclusive new-build properties alongside a carefully selected network of specialist partners. For him, trust means guiding clients transparently through every planning and construction phase—and remaining available after the keys are handed over.
